With 20 years of personal, transformational growth, I have completed Gratitude Training, Self-Discovery Life Mastery, The Sacred Feminine, and the CIJ Clarity Catalyst. I work with adults and teens who seek clarity and who are wanting to take their lives to the next level.
We don’t realize how hard we are on ourselves and how that affects what we put out into the world. We end up being our own worst enemy, and our life does not reflect our truth. There is a gap between what we are experiencing and what we want to experience. I can help you break free. My passion is to support you in turning those negative feelings into accountability and self-love.
Healing does not end with the mind. We also need to heal our bodies. Muscles have memory and hold on to emotion. Because of this, you may also find that you have emotional trauma that needs to be released. There are many modalities and services available to support in your healing journey; some of which we offer such as Reiki and MPS Therapy. We develop a customized massage therapy plan designed to achieve your wellness goals.
In addition, we have products available to also support in overall wellness, weight loss, and pain management. Whatever your goal, we can support you in selecting the right products for your needs.
Our Spiritual Wellness is equally important. We provide you with tools to support you in assessing your own spiritual wellness and creating a daily spiritual wellness practice.
