Through the CIJ Clarity Catalyst training and one on one life coaching, we utilize tools that are specifically designed to support in Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence, designed to get you unstuck. Healing does not end with the mind. We also need to heal our bodies. Muscles have memory and hold on to emotion. Because of this, you may also find that you have emotional trauma that needs to be released.
There are many modalities and services available to support in your healing journey; some of which we offer such as Reiki, massage therapy, pain management, and MPS Therapy. We develop a customized massage therapy plan designed to achieve your wellness goals.
In addition, we have products available to also support in overall wellness, weight loss, and pain management. Whatever your goal, we can support you in selecting the right products for your needs. Our Spiritual Wellness is equally important. We provide you with tools & courses to support you in assessing your own spiritual wellness and creating a daily spiritual wellness practice.
